Caddies are independent contractors therefore we cannot guarantee availability. It is recommended you request your caddie when making your reservation. Caddie requests made close to or on the day of play may not always be fulfilled.
Bag fees and discretionary gratuities are paid directly to the caddie. The amount of any gratuity is the sole discretion of the player.
No one else may determine a gratuity, nor may anyone demand one. Our Caddie Programme is managed by Caddie Connect, and supervised by our local Caddie Master.
